The Botkins BOE waived the reading of the minutes of the April 9^th board meeting.

After an executive session the BOE, voted to approve Ryan Loy as the 7-12 Principal. He was given a 2 year contract.

The board moved the regular June board meeting to June 16^th at 7:00pm.
