Approved the minutes of the July 9, 2025 regular board meeting
Approved the Treasurer’s report by fund, general fund activity, the Investment Report, and the 5-year review of General Fund Activity as presented
Approved to hire the following personnel as presented:

Dennis McPheron - Varsity Boys' Basketball Assistant Coach

Approved the bus routes for the 2025-26 school year as presented
Approved to set the 2025-26 tuition rate for Botkins Local School at the amount determined by ODE as presented
Approved authorization to clear students as presented
Approved to enter into an agreement with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office for School Resource Officer services for the 2025-26 school year at a cost to be determined
Approved to hire the following substitute teachers for the 2025-26 school year at a rate of $110 per day:
