The BOE met on December 11th for the regular board meeting and took the following actions:

Public Hearing for 2020-2021 school year calendar.
RoBotkins and Mrs. Bobbie Young did a presentation.
Approved the minutes of the November 13, 2019 Board of Education regular meeting.
Approved the Treasurer's report by fund, the Investment report, and cash balance report as presented.
Amended the Certificate of Estimated Resources, make supplemental Appropriations and modify appropriations as presented.
Set the reorganizational meeting and the regular Board meeting for January 8th, 2020 at 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM respectively.
Accepted a donation of $6,000 from the Botkins Athletic Booster for the new scorer's table and an anonymous donation of $500 to be used for the Serr Scholarship.
Approved Kayla Heuker as a volunteer Varsity Girls Basketball Coach.
Hired the following for the 2019-20 school year as presented:
