The Botkins Board of Education met on December 14th for the regular board meeting and took the following actions:

• Approved the minutes of the November 16, 2022 regular board meeting

• Approved the Treasurer’s report by fund, general fund activity, the Investment Report, and the 5-year review of General Fund Activity as presented

• Approved to set the reorganizational meeting and the regular board meeting for January 11, 2023, at 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM respectively.

• Accepted the following donations as presented:

  • $1000 was received from an anonymous donor to be used for negative lunch account balances

  • $646.15 was received from an anonymous donor to be used for the Athletic fund for rally towels

  • $437 was received from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Boys' Basketball fund.
