The Botkins Board of Education met on February 9th for the regular board meeting and took the following actions:

• Approved the minutes of the January 12, 2022 regular board meeting

• Approved the Treasurer’s report by fund, general fund activity, the Investment Report, and the 5-year review of General Fund Activity as presented

• Approved book fees for the 2022-23 school year

• Approved to recognize indoor track for 2021-22 season

• Approved Botkins Local School, grades 7-12, become a member of the OHSAA for the 2022-23 school year

• Accepted the following resignations:

  • Lori Kremer - Custodian

  • Brian Kohler - Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach

• Approved to contract Jennifer Steinke for nursing services for the 2021-22 school year.

• Approved Brian Kohler to volunteer as a Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach

• Approved a supplemental contract to hire Fred Schmerge as Throws Coach for Track
