The BOE met on January 8th for the regular board meeting and took the following actions:

• Recognized the School Board for School Board Appreciation month.

• Approved the minutes of the December 11th Board of Education regular meeting.

• Approved the Treasurer's report by fund, the Investment report, and cash balance report as presented.

• Approved the following Then and Now purchase order: Purchase Order #58353, Fund 300, Vendor Bornhorst Printing for the Scholar-Athlete Shirts and Sweatshirts in the amount of $3,350.

• Approved the bus routes as presented.

• Set the Drivers Education at $325 for Botkins students and $375 for the Non-Botkins students.

• Approved to join OSBA for the calendar year 2020 at a rate of $3,173.

• Adopted the 2020-2021 school calendar as presented.

• Adopted the Park User Fee agreement for 2020 as presented.

• Approved the Procurement Procedures as presented.
