The BOE met on May 7th for the regular board meeting and took the following actions:
Approved the minutes of the April 10, 2019 regular meeting board minutes as corrected.
Approved the Treasurer's report by fund, the Investment report, and cash balance report as presented.
Approved the amended 5-year forecast as presented by the Treasurer.
Approved the contract with Carol Riggle for the FY 2019 Modified Cash Basis/OCBOA Reports at a cost of $1500.

Moved that Botkins Local School will not provide students in Grades 7 & 8 with CTE for the 2019-20 school year and will apply for a CTE waiver.

Adopted the following Resolution of Commendations as presented:
General Livestock Judging Team - Placed 4th out of 176 teams qualifying them for Nationals in the fall.
Dairy Judging Team - Placed 1st our of 73 teams qualifying them for Nationals in the fall.
FCCLA - Bella Ewry earned 1st Place with her Job Interview and Emma Ewry, Aubrie Harrod and Arica Jutte earned 2nd place with their presentation in Food Innovations Senior qualifying them for Nationals this summer.
Accepted the following donations:
$500 from an Anonymous donor to be used for the Pay It Forward Scholarship
$100 from an Anonymous donor to be used for the Grillot Scholarship
$1000 from First National Bank to be used for the First National Bank Scholarship
$1000 from Greve Farm to be used for the Greve Scholarships
