The Botkins Board of Education met on November 12th for the regular board meeting and took the following actions:

• Approved the minutes of the October 8, 2025 regular board meeting as presented

• Approved the Treasurer’s report by fund, general fund activity, the Investment Report, and the 5-year review of General Fund Activity as presented

• Approved the Then and Now Purchase Order as presented

• Approved Membership with Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce as presented

• Approved Disbursement of money for HOBY Sponsorship as presented

• Approved to hire the following personnel as presented:

Brenda Tennant - Athletic Ticket Taker

Cal Miller - After School Tutor

Kristin Ruppert - After School Tutor

• Accepted the following donations:

$2757.75 from the ABC's to be used for Scholastic

$1000 from Botkins Education Foundation to be used for the Attaboy school assembly

$200 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Baseball fund

$2200 from the Botkins Athletic Boosters to be used for the Volleyball fund for HUDL

$180 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Girls' Basketball fund

$174 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the FCCLA fund

$230 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Boys' Basketball fund

• Approved Tournament OHSAA Worker Rates as presented

• Approved to assign Keith Puschel as BOE DPA Liaison and grant him rights to approve and sign Exhibit Form E's as presented

• Approved Neola update to Board Policy as presented
