Approved the minutes of the September 10, 2025 regular board meeting as presented
Approved the Treasurer’s report by fund, general fund activity, the Investment Report, and the 5-year review of General Fund Activity as presented
Approved the Current Year and 3-Year Forecast as presented
Approved all Activity Fund Accounts for the Botkins Local School District for the 2025-26 school year as presented
Approved to hire the following substitute teachers for the 2025-26 school year at the rate of $110 per day as presented:

Taylor Dye
Lewis Kremer
Approved to hire the following personnel as presented:
Ashleigh Ratermann - Athletic Ticket Taker/Scoreboard Worker
Chad Berning - 5th Quarter Grant
Jennifer Frey - Athletic Trainer
Approved to hire the following substitutes as presented:
Amanda Goodman - Substitute Cafeteria Worker
Joshua Johnson - Substitute Bus Driver
Accepted the following donations:
$153 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Boys' Basketball team
$141 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Cross Country team
$454 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Golf team
$206 from Meyer's Tavern to be used for the Cross Country team
Approved Southwestern Ohio EPC to bid on bus pricing for the 2025-26 school year as presented
Approved Language Addition to Contracts as presented
